KPN wil mij van de koperen vdsl lijn afsluiten die een snelheid heeft van 45 Mbit/s download en 8 Mbit upload omdat ik geen glasvezel in huis neem. 14 februari per mail 20 februari 2024 per brief schreef KPN "bel je niet terug binnen 10 werkdagen" dan annuleren we de omzetting en blijf je abonnement op het huidige netwerk. Na het telefonisch kontakt van KPN de onverwachts bel op 14 maart 2024 ontvang ik een brief gedateerd 23 maart "Uw abonnement stopt op 15 april 2024". Ik word dus afgesloten. Ik zal dat moeten voorleggen aan een kortgeding rechter.

Dit is het telefoonnummer van zgn. "KPN Back-office", een afdeling met echte KPN medewerkers die dingen kunnen aanpassen voor de klant die de eerstelijns klantenservice (die helemaal extern uitbesteed is) niet kan regelen of geen toegang tot heeft. Dit zijn dus de enige mensen die daadwerkelijk in het KPN kantoor zitten en overal bijkunnen. Volledig te vertrouwen! Doorgaans kan je alleen teruggebeld worden door dit nummer, je moet wel een doorverwijzing hebben van de 'normale' klantenservice (0800-0402 dus). Anders kunnen ze hulp weigeren en je terugverwijzen.
