Belde namens Provide (Call centre) reported by Rob

Het zou om kostenbesparing gaan. Niet echt duidelijk of het nu om energie, internet/tv/bellen of verzekeringen ging. Ze wisten mijn naam en adres, maar ik sta ook gewoon in het telefoonboek. Belmeniet register houden ze zich niet aan. Dat geldt toch ook op koningsdag. Ze zouden over 2 dagen in de buurt zijn en langs kunnen komen. Mijn opmerking dat ik niet geinsteresseerd ben werd als onbegrijpelijk en bizar afgedaan.

Mijn vriend had een afspraak gemaakt met de man die ons belde om over onze financiële situatie te praten. Ik had hem dit afgeraden en vervolgens kunnen wij het bedrijf niet meer bereiken om de afspraak te cancelen. Hij wilde weten welke stroomaanbeider en welke telecomaanbieder wij gebruiken. Na een half uur in de wacht te staan, nog steeds geen gehoor en we krijgen een Engels bandje dat afspeelt. Niet opnemen en zeker niet je gegevens geven. Wij zijn nu de aanbieders aan het bellen dat zij absoluut niks mogen veranderen aan onze abonnementen, zodat we kunnen voorkomen dat er mee gefraudeerd wordt.
