The corona test people call from this number when something odd happens in their automated systems (I had two test on the same day, and that was weird so they gave me a call to make sure everything is alright). Nice person on the line just doing his job.

AA woman started the conversation in Dutch when suddenly I asked her to continue in English. She started laughing and speaking really badly and slowly. After 5 minutes she said the test result. During the conversation she was laughing all the time and just no answering to some of my questions. I mean, for a corona test this service is a shame. They need multilingual personal and effective messages. Check your personal, there's a lot of people without a job right now.

The lady started to speak in Dutch. Kindly I asked her if she could speak English and she answered, in a perfect English, "No I can't. I will ask a colleague to call you". This is not nice if you are waiting for a result of a COVID test!!!
